Claire is the co-founder and CEO of Baltic Ventures. She began her career in finance, then went on to become the founder of a digital sustainable beauty startup which was acquired by a technology investor. Since then Claire has taken on a number of roles including CFO for an impact investment bank that helped tech for good startups raise angel and seed stage capital, launching Tech North, a government initiative that was part of Tech Nation, and Ventures Director at Coop Digital.
