For the past 25 years I have been advising businesses from start-up, through growth rounds and ultimately to exit. I am a Partner at one of the UK’s leading law firms, having, until recently, headed up the Corporate Team. I am a member of the firm’s Management Board.

I sit as an Angel in my capacity as one of the directors and founders of Greystone House Limited, an investment vehicle through which we are looking to assist growth rounds through deployment of our new fund and, wherever possible, in providing value-added services.
Whilst my experience is varied having advised clients in all manner of sectors, there has been a particular concentration in Tech and Sport. Within the founder group, we have over 20 years’ experience in the clothing industry, in the design, manufacture and supply of apparel, with existing resources in the Far East to assist in product sourcing and supply chain. Whilst this has led to the initial investments of Greystone being in the fashion industry, the intention is to be sector agnostic and indeed we are actively seeking passive investments.
